Fee Schedule

- REGISTRATION (due at enrollment and in January of each year)
- Registration fee is non-refundable $ 60.00
- FULL DAY-CARE PROGRAM
- INFANTS PER WEEK (6 weeks - 24 months) $ 160.00
- TODDLERS PER WEEK (24-36 months) $ 150.00
- THREE YEARS & UP PER WEEK $ 135.00

HALF DAY-CARE PROGRAM PER WEEK $85.00
Program begins and ends with the school year. Half-Day students have a week-long Christmas and Spring Break. Hours are from 8:30 to 12:15, this includes a hot lunch during the school year.
- AFTER-SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM PER WEEK. $ 85.00
- Rate is based on weeks of actual school care and excludes Holiday weeks at Christmas and Spring Break. Full-day care during Christmas weeks and Spring Break requires an extra full-day fee. An additional full-day or half-day fee is also due on Teacher Work Days or Snow Days.
- Weekly rate does not include additional care for teacher workdays, snow days or holidays, although care is available most of these days.
- Extra Care for full-time After-Schoolers
Full Day $ 10.00 - Half Day $ 8.00
- Care for Occasional Drop-in Students
Full Day $ 30.00 - Half Day $ 25.00
- FEE POLICIES
- FEES ARE DUE on Monday of each week. We accept cask check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If fees are not paid by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, the child may not return until payment is made in full including a $10.00 late fee. There is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
- LATE PICK-UP CHARGE is due at each occurrence. (6:01-6:15 - $20.00 / 6:15-6:30 = $30.00)
- DROP OFF TIME - Children may not arrive at Little Beaver after 11:00am.
- DISCOUNTS - There is a $5.00 per week discount for second/third child (Same Immediate Family).
- ABSENTEE POLICY - Fees are payable regardless of absenteeism, including holidays and weather closings.
- VACATION POLICY - After the child has been enrolled for 1 year, he or she may have 2 weeks unpaid vacation during each subsequent year. Each child’s year begins with the enrollment date. After-school students may opt to take vacation when schools are on break at Christmas and Spring Break (3 weeks). If this option is chosen, those are the only weeks that the child may take.
- HOLIDAY CLOSINGS: New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas (2 days).
- A TWO-WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE is required when withdrawing your child from Little Beaver.
Inclement Weather Policy
On occasion, it may be necessary for our centers to open late or close early, due to bad weather. Because we know how much families rely on us, we strive to stay open whenever possible, and only close when absolutely necessary for health or safety reasons.
If we must alter our schedule, we will post an announcement on WLOS-Channel 13. School closings are also posted on the WLOS website (WLOS Website). If necessary, please make arrangements to pick your child as close to our closing time as possible, so that you, your child, and our staff members may leave and get home safely. Please remember that tuition is still due, regardless of bad weather closings. If you have any questions, please contact us!
